Shipping and Import Fees
All orders shipped from France to the United Kingdom are sent using DAP (Delivered At Place) and are billed excluding VAT.
Upon arrival, parcels are subject to customs inspection.
The recipient may be required to pay:
Local or federal taxes,
Possible customs duties,
Handling fees charged by the carrier.

Returns Due to Address Errors, Refusal, or Non-Pickup
If a parcel is returned to us for one of the following reasons:
Incorrect or incomplete address,
Refusal to pay taxes or customs duties,
Non-pickup within the allowed time frame,
the parcel will be returned to our warehouse, incurring shipping and handling fees.
If the documents provided (carrier communications, tracking information, parcel condition) show that the issue originated from the customer, the refund will be issued after deducting:
An administrative fee of 10% of the total order amount,
Original shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
